Winemakers notes ~ Fermented with a German yeast, Stienberger, which brings out more mineral flavors while enhancing flavors of green apple, pear and aromas of citrus. Slow, cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes ~Our Riesling is done in the German tradition, which helps give it a crisp body with a snappy finish. This is a very light, fresh white wine with a zippy mouth feel, notes of green apple and a zesty citrus finish. This wine is best served slightly chilled.
We recommend serving it with shell fish, mild coconut curries, and grilled chicken and asparagus. Lime zest, lemon grass, basil and oregano complement this wine.
