Winemakers notes ~ Viognier added during crush and co-fermented with “Merit Ferm” yeast a Rhone Valley yeast well suited for Syrah. Barreled in 75% new French, 25% used American oak.

  • We recommend serving this Syrah with pork tenderloin, cedar plank salmon with blackberry chutney, and filet mignon wrapped in bacon.
