2014 Cabernet Sauvignon!
This Cabernet has a deep burgundy color and complex flavors of ripe fruit and oak that should age very well. Flavors of ripe cherries and amaretto are held together with a thread of creamy vanilla. Intoxicating aromas of baked cherries and toasted oak make this wine entirely too easy to enjoy.
We recommend serving this with pepper-grilled steak, garlic & rosemary roasted potatoes, braised pork shank, or wild game. For dessert, dark chocolate or bleu cheese complement this wine.

Pairing wine with turkey is a breeze. But finding one that also works with the myriad side dishes that crowd a typical Thanksgiving table can be a head-scratcher. You need something that’ll compliment the herbed stuffing without clashing with the marshmallow-topped sweet potatoes, something that’ll stand up to the tart cranberry sauce while cutting through the creamy green bean casserole.
