Wine Down Wednesday ~ Grilling Gurus
Our October Wine Down Wednesday was such a fun event. Rob and Michelle Stokes of Malheur River Meats supplied a wonderful, uncured bratwurst and amazing pork sirloin chops for our guests to enjoy. Rob spoke about his family’s ranch and how important it is to them to treat their livestock in the most humane and sustainable way.
After guests had a chance to ask questions of Rob, Nate Lindskoog of The Tower Grill took over the grilling. 
Nate also talked about plating the finished product and jazzed up the pork with grilled acorn squash and fried sage leaves. Yum!
